Individual & Corporate Bookkeeping
Bookkeeping is the foundation of a business. It tells the financial story of the entity and provides data that allows the business owner make decisions to help the business grow. DataPros can provide setup and management of the chart of accounts, update and reconcile cash, loans and credit cards as well as record asset addition and disposals. In addition, DataPros can provide year end review and reconciliation of the records prior to sending information to the CPA for tax purposes.
Payroll Setup & Processing
Payroll bookkeeping involves a company’s recording of its employees’ compensation and withholding. DataPros can service payroll setup, paycheck and direct deposit processing, payment of payroll withholding required by the state and federal agencies, quarterly and annual payroll filings as well as yearly Form W2 to employees and Form W3 to the Social Security Administration. DataPros can also help provide Form 1099 to subcontractors and Form 1096 to the IRS at year end.
Cash Management
Cash management involves the collection, handling, and disbursement of cash. This targets accounts receivable, accounts payable, and timing of cash inflows and outflows of a business. DataPros can assist in this process through invoicing, cash application, collections, management and reconciliation of customer accounts. It can also assist with the management of vendor relations, bill payment, cash reconciliation and cash flow.
